Are you our new magical Marketing Manager?

At Tiny Wizard Studio, we’re allergic to average and addicted to alchemy, so we’re looking for an exceptional, outrageous, energetic, creative and experienced marketing professional to level up our communications, drive lead generation and help us stand out in a sea of sameness. 

We need you to be allergic to average. 

We’ve grown from two to eleven wizards over the last three years and worked with some amazing businesses and organisations, whom we’ve magnetised through the power of word of mouth. (Great, right?) Now though, we want to make sure everyone knows the name Tiny Wizard and attract a tribe of raving fans, queuing up to work with us. To do that, we need your help!

This is a spellbinding opportunity to join a team that likes and wants to be bolder and dare greatly. That means we need you to bring fresh new ideas and approaches to the table. You’ll lead and have the chance to build your own department, with the help of a junior, and have an opportunity to build campaigns and implement new ideas from scratch. Nothing is off the table. All ideas are welcome and we need you to shake things up.

Where?

Based in our magical studio in the heart of Abergavenny. There’s plenty of parking, and an abundance of space for collaborating on ideas and yes, even Uber Eats operates here so there’s also a frequent flow of lunch deliveries.

With who?

Our team of wizards are a tight-knit bunch and we love to collaborate, socialise and be in the studio together. We also have our resident Chief of Sleep & Snacks, Ruby the Labrador, who always manages to put a smile on everyone’s face. 

When?

This is a permanent, full-time role with a 6 month probation period.

Show me the money

£28-£35k depending on experience. 

You’ll be responsible for:

Developing and implementing a new, regular and ongoing social media strategy for Tiny Wizard Studio across all platforms that raises our profile and feeds into our lead generation efforts.

Supporting our sales team by writing and publishing new content and communications to our clients and prospects, through newsletters, blogs, and social media campaigns.

Managing all our channels; website, blog, and newsletters (via Hubspot) to share our thought leadership updates in a way that really engages. 

Writing and publishing case studies on our recent work.

Researching and pitching opportunities for us to raise our profile, whether that is with events, stunts, or digital campaigns. 

Managing a junior and utilising their skills to support you in implementing these campaigns. 

Working closely with our sales team to target specific industries and potential prospects. 

Demonstrating campaign impact – share performance reports and insights that can help with future efforts. 

Keeping up to date with trends and changes across social channels and adapting as shifts occur. 

As this is a new department, you’ll have the chance to propose a marketing budget, to be used throughout the year to implement all your crazy, impactful campaign ideas.

You’re energetic, bold and not afraid to be controversial to get conversations started.

You thrive in a team environment and know how to motivate and excite others. 

You’re creative, but you always create with purpose. 

You love creating Instagram Reels and Tik Tok videos and know how to get results, even when directing others. 

You LOVE results. They drive you. There’s nothing like seeing your idea turn into a raving success story.

Experience with promoting posts and PPC.

You have managed a team before and are confident when it comes to getting the best out of people.
